Some situations will require looking at the Audit Log to determine who made changes to a user, setting or campaign. Sometimes, it will not be found on the landing page for that section of Punchh, such as "Guests" or "Admin Users".
You will just need to dig to a deeper section, as in the below examples:
- If you want to check an admin user that was updated(created, edited, deleted) recently, you would need to go to Settings > Admin Users. Then, choose any admin user from the list. At the top right, you'll see a link for the Audit Log - this will include any changes made to all admin users, which are identified by business admin ID.
- To check whether permissions were updated on a user role, this would be a similar process. You would click Settings > Admin Users. Then choose the role you want to investigate from the list. You'll see the Audit Log at the top right, and this will be the log for this particular role.
- As another example, you might want to see if changes were made to an individual guest profile. The Audit Log at the top right for a guest will only have information in it if changes have been made to their profile, manually, through Punchh. Otherwise, the page will appear blank.
