Custom Profile Fields located under Settings > Profile Fields, allows a business to gather information from guests that may be specific to the business.
Profile fields can be added in the platform at any time, however, an app update might be required for the fields to be visible within the mobile app.
Newly added Profile Fields will only be present for guests that are created after the Profile Fields are created. These Profile Fields will not be retroactively added to guests who were created before the Profile Fields were added. In order for new profile fields to be applied to a previously existing guest, the guest must provide answers for the Profile Fields. Once answers are provided, the fields in question will populate.
