When a guest selects 'Need Help' in the mobile app, the following verbiage is displayed in a draft email:
"Please provide a detailed description of your problem above this line. Please also include a photograph of your receipt, including the barcode.
Please do not remove the content below this line as it is needed by our team to help you."
This verbiage is currently not configurable.
