While on the app, if assistance or feedback is needed to be provided, clicking on "Need Help" in the app, brings you to an email draft with the following verbiage,
"Please provide a detailed description of your problem above this line. Please also include a photograph of your receipt, including the barcode.
Please do not remove the content below this line as it is needed by our team to help you."
This verbiage is currently not configurable. If looking to update this, please reach out to your CSM.
They will be able to assist with submitting Product Feedback to see about making this configurable in the future.
