When you're creating a Profile Update campaign, it requires that you create two campaigns and two different segments, in order to properly reward the guests that update their profile.
- First, you'll want to make a Mass Notification campaign and a segment that targets the users whom you want to update their profiles. This could be all users, or something more targeted(e.g. users who do not have a birthday or an email address)
- Once you've completed the first step, you'll want to make a segment that targets people that have recently updated their profile, something like the screenshot below:
- Then, you'll create a Profile Update campaign, with the reward you want the guests to receive for updating the campaign, as well as the segment that targets the guests that recently updated their profile, created in the previous step.
