A Guest will sometimes want to change their email address but keep all of their transaction/earning/redemption history and any rewards/points that they may currently have. As long as the Guest signed up with an email address and NOT thru Facebook their email address can be updated.
- In the platform search for the Guest email address
- Click on the Guests Name
- On the Guests, Timeline click Edit Profile
- In the Email, field enter the new email address
- Click Update at the bottom of the page and the change will be made immediately.
