In the Punchh Platform, for an eClub account, you may notice that the password field is greyed out.

This is because there are no passwords to reset for eClub members! Think of eClub as a mailing list, and not an account to login to.
You can identify an eClub guest by going to their timeline, looking at the top where you find their name, and you'll see the blue "eClub" flag under their email.
