There is a known issue with Windows .NET version 3.5 that causes a white, unresponsive screen, on the Aloha POS when trying to use Punchh.
The suggested action to resolve this would be to upgrade your terminals and Aloha Back of House to .NET 4.0. should you do this, reach out to Punchh at firstname.lastname@example.org as we will need to apply an update for your brand.
The second optional course of action, should updating to 4.0 not be a viable option, would be to investigate the issue with Microsoft .NET 3.5 with your IT team.
