When a terminal is replaced at the location, the Punchh program will re-register and come up. No further action is required by Punchh in this case.
To verify in the Punchh platform:
1. Navigate to Support > Barcode lookup > Barcode search
2. Search for checks that begin with the terminal id (e.g. term 2 ) checks will begin with 2xxxxx
3. If you those checks coming in, it indicates that our software is registered on the terminal and sending data.
Please reach out to Punchh Support Center (support.punchh.com) if you are not receiving data from the replaced terminal.
