In the Aloha Redemption flow on the touch screen, there is a Button labeled "Be Back"
The purpose of this button is to SAVE a customer lookup and return to the ticket in order to add an item or modify the ticket without losing the Lookup. For example, if a free french fries appeared in the guest's rewards but was not on the ticket, you would hit BE BACK to add them to the ticket.
NOTE: Once you've returned to the order and modified it, you will have to reapply the rewards to the newly modified check.
In general, rewards should be applied towards the end of the flow/process in Aloha.
