To troubleshoot this issue:
1. In the Punchh platform navigate to Support > Heartbeats > Click on Logs for the affected location
2. The following error messages will be displayed:

9/26/2019 10:17:12 AM [System]: Path to Request folder: \\*IP ADDRESS*\c\SC\xml\checks\
9/26/2019 10:17:12 AM [System]: Path to In folder: \\*IP ADDRESS*\c\SC\xml\in\9/26/2019
10:17:12 AM [System]: Path to Checks folder: \\1*IP ADDRESS*\c\SC\xml\checks\9/26/2019
10:17:12 AM [System]: SC root: \\192.168.2.1\c\SC
3. This means that the Punchh service is not able to read/write data from the POSi driver data folder. Punchh service should run under an account that has access to read and write the location
4. By default, it is running as Local System Account which does not have access to these folders in typical POSi setup.
