Some Clients have integrations with "Aloha Ordering" or other third party Online Ordering services that are no integrated to allow "Earning" or "Redemptions" through the App or Website during the ordering process.
In these instances, guests can check-in in two ways
- To click the earn button on your phone in the app which produces a QR code on your phone to scan your account in at the POS before or during placing on order.
- To click the earn button on your phone in the app and hit the "SCAN BARCODE" button and scan the barcode at the bottom of the printed receipt from the POS.
Contact your CSM to see if you can change the "POST REDEMPTION" settings for your company to Allow check-ins to initiate after a redemption code is processed via the POS
