If a business states that a redeemable is working in the App and online but is not processing via POS, they must provide the following in order for Punchh support to troubleshoot further:
- Point of Sale being used
- Screenshot of exact error in POS (example below)
- Sample Receipt / Barcode
- POS Logs
- Detailed Steps to reproduce regarding the POS flow
- Video of steps to reproduce
