When viewing your list, you may notice that some of your list may have failed to upload or have another status attached to them. This is explained below:
- Failed – Each entry must at least contain the guest's first name, last name, and email address. If any of this information is missing, the entry will not be added to the list.
- Skipped – If an email address in your list is already associated with a guest in your loyalty program, this entry will be skipped so as not to create duplicate guests. In the event that a duplicate entry contains new or updated information about a guest's favorite location, that information will be amended. These updated entries will also appear as "Skipped".
- Created At – This field represents the date and time the guest was added to the list, either successfully or unsuccessfully.
