The Guest with Profile Fields segment is configured to filter for guests based on how they've answered specific questions in their guest profile.
These questions, known as Profile Fields, must be enabled for your company by Punchh and can be configured by navigating to Settings > Profile Fields. Here you can set mandatory (or optional) questions for a guest to answer during their initial sign-in to your loyalty program via their mobile app. Changes to Profile Fields are best coordinated with Punchh, as they do require an app update to take effect.
- Profile Field Question – Filter your segment based on the answer(s) to a question posed to guests during the sign-up process for your loyalty program on their mobile app.
In the event that your profile field question has multiple possible answers, you may choose more than one answer to accept only guests who provided Answer 1 and Answer 2. In the event of a question asking a guest to provide a rating, you may choose multiple numeric answers so as to include (for example) guests who have rated their love of pizza as 8, 9, or 10.
Users Connected with Bot
The Users Connected with Bot segment is configured to filter for guests who have interacted with a bot connected to one of your social channels. Bots are an added module that must be enabled by speaking with your Punchh Customer Success Manager. If you are interested in adding this module to your service contract, please contact your Punchh representative.
- Bot type – Filter your segment to include any guest who has interacted with a bot attached to one of your social channels.
- Time Duration – Choose a duration based on how long ago the user interacted with the bot (Lifetime, Current Year, etc.)
