Generally, when accessing online order through an app, Single Sign On (SSO) is used to keep the guest logged into their rewards account. When SSO is utilized, a phone number is required to be verified.
If guests are reporting being unable to access online order and need to "Verify Details" the validity of their phone number will need to be confirmed in the Punchh Platform.
- In the Punchh Platform, search for the guest in question
- Navigate to "Edit Profile" of the timeline
- Ensure that the "Phone" field includes a valid 10 digit number with no special characters.

- Remove special characters
- Ensure 10 digits
- Update profile
- If special characters are not present
- Ensure 10 digits
- Remove phone number
- Update profile
- Add phone number back
- Update profile

- Next, ask the guest to uninstall and reinstall the app. This should cause the app to re-fetch the correct data once the guest signs back in to their account.
**Typically, the Punchh Platform does not show special characters. iFrame signups will allow for special characters in the Phone Number field upon sign up. Refer to steps 3.2 above.
