Live rewards are those rewards which have been selected by the guest for redemption. They have a redemption code attached and the countdown for them to be presented at the POS has started.
If the reward or the business specifies an expiry time of the code and that time has not yet come, you will not be able to force redeem the reward.
Once the redemption code attached to the reward has expired, an admin will be able to force redeem the reward from the guest's account.
