One of the reasons why the user is not able to receive the Password reset code on his/her email address might be because of an option which is located on the Punchh Platform by navigating to Settings >> Notifications Templates"
Under Notification Templates search for "Reset Password Instruction"
- Below image shows that the template is turned OFF
- Below image shows that the template is turned ON
If the template is turned off it will not send the reset password email to the user.
