Generally, one of the reasons for this error may be generated if the item which is added to the receipts does not qualify the Qualification Criterion for which the coupon code is added for the discount.

Settings > Qualification Criteria
- How to check whether the receipt qualifies the QC or not?
- Edit the QC and select the "Test Qualification with Receipt" tab.
- Select the menu item from Receipt by searching it using the barcode. Once the receipt is searched click on the Eye button and copy the below content and paste it under "Test Qualification with Receipt" >> Menu item string and click on evaluate.
