The client will receive the DeleteFile; Code 5 Error if they attempt to run the PunchhConfigurator.exe setup on the back office with Punchh already installed.
To resolve this:
1. Client needs to ensure that IBER is not running on the Back office computer.
2. After stopping IBER, uninstall Punchh
3. Rerun the PunchhConfigurator.exe setup
This should resolve the issue and the client should be able to install Punchh successfully.
