If your guest is receiving an error when attempting to place an online order, as in the screenshot below, it indicates that the store is flagged as "disapproved" for online orders. This can be because the address is incorrect or OLO may have marked the store “in-active”.
Normally, you'll find an error on the guest timeline advising of a 'disapproved location' (see below)
- One of the most common reasons we have found is that the store number mismatches.
- Reach out to OLO(email@example.com) to ensure that they have all of your locations and addresses correctly set-up in their system.
- Include screenshots of the guest's Timeline, to give OLO an idea of which stores are misconfigured.
- It is essential that the Location id and addresses match what we have in your POS system and the Punchh system.
