If your guest is receiving an error when attempting to place an online order, as in the screenshot below, it indicates that the store is flagged as "disapproved" for online orders. This can be because the address is incorrect or OLO may have marked the store “inactive”.
Normally, you'll find an error on the guest timeline advising of a 'disapproved location':
- The most common reason for this error is that the store number does not match between OLO and Punchh
- Reach out to OLO (help@olo.com) to ensure that they have all of your locations and addresses correctly set up in their system.
- Include screenshots of the error on the guest's timeline, to give OLO an idea of which stores are misconfigured.
- It is essential that the location id and addresses match what we have in your POS system and the Punchh system.
