The Rich message toggle cannot be turned off from the notification template without removing the notifications from the guests' account. It is because it affects the notifications that have already been sent to the guests (who have already received this notification based on the notification template).
To get these rich messages removed from the notification template, firstly, we need to delete it from guests app and then we can turn this feature off from the notification template.
