Here are a few things to check for this issue:

Punchh DLL's
If this issue is happening at just one terminal, check to see that the following .dlls are registered on your terminal:
- PunchhPrt.dll
- PunchhInter.dll
If the above .dlls are not registered or present, please run the following commands:
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\framework\v2.0.50727\regasm.exe %localdir%\bin\PunchhPrt.dll
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\framework\v2.0.50727\regasm.exe %localdir%\bin\PunchhInter.dll
NOTE: An Aloha Refresh will be required after these commands are completed

Are the service running?
If you've verified that the .dlls are registered, confirm the following Punchh services running on the BOH Aloha Computer?
- Aloha Punchh Monitor
- Aloha Punchh Service
- Punchh Proxy Service
If the above services are not running, start them from Windows Services (services.msc).
If they are not present at all, please reach out to support.punchh.com as a reinstall may be needed.

Are barcodes & redemptions allowed at this location?
Verify whether the location is set to "Allowed" or "Disallowed" for barcodes and redemptions:
- Navigate to Settings>Locations>Search for your location
- To the right, under 'Status' you will see if the location is "Allowed" or "Disallowed"
If your location is "Disallowed"
- Click on the location name
- In the upper-right hand corner, click "Location Operations"
- In the drop-down, make sure that the barcodes say, "Disable Barcode Generation at POS" and that loyalty check-in says "Disable Loyalty Check-ins." (See image below)
- Clicking the box to the left of these options will toggle it on/off.
