Occasionally, the Punchh application has been seen to freeze the Posi POS. Here are a few resolutions/things to look out for:
Ensure that the Punchh Services are running on the Posi Back of house computer. This can be seen quickest by:
Windows Key + R > services.msc>Search for Punchh Service. If this is not running, you can simply right-click this service and click "start."
Make sure that in Posi when going to redeem loyalty, use the "Loyalty redeem" button and not the "Loyalty" button. The actual flow would be:
a. Ring in an order
b. Go to take payment and touch CC AUTH
c. Enter the card number and touch ENTER
d. Choose LOYALTY REDEEM on the left
