This issue is known to happen when:
- If a redeemable is tried at a location that is not configured for the redeemable (I.E. if the redeemable is attempted in Austin, but the redeemable is configured to only work in Houston)
- If a redeemable is configured for a disapproved location. Sometimes this happens when there's a duplicate store in the Platform.
- Connectivity/network issues at the site where the POS cannot communicate with Punchh
