Brink does not display banked rewards on the POS when the guest is looked up. The guests will have to generate a redemption code on their phone and the cashier can enter on the POS.
Only redeemables/current offers that the guest has will be shown on the POS after the guest is looked up. For example, if a guest does not have any redeemables or offers in their account, it will show the following message after customer lookup is completed:
