If looking at the Support>POS Stats page in the Punchh dashboard, there is a possibility that the total quantity of checks received, and the total dollar amount of said checks, may be off. This can happen for a multitude of reasons though can most commonly be related to:
Does the POS send us $0.00 checks? Some POS' have this limitation (such as Toast and Brink)
Timing: The POS stats page is updated once a day at the POS End of Day. If after this point, there are any checks re-opened, edited etc... Punchh will not receive them for the original business date.
Online Orders: There are cases with some POS' where Online Order checks are not being sent to punch. This would be something for your Online Order vendor to investigate.
