If data is not displaying under Support > Heartbeats this points to an issue with the communication between Punchh and the POS. Depending on the type of integration your POS has with Punchh, there will be different ways to resolve this issue.
Punchh Proxy Developed Integrations
These integrations were developed by Punchh. As such, there's a Punchh Proxy that is in the environment. This Proxy is responsible for relaying data from the POS to Punchh, thus relaying data on the Heartbeats and other various functionality.
3rd Party Developed Integrations
These integrations were not developed by Punchh. Instead, the POS development team wrote the integration. In this instance, there will be no Punchh Proxy responsible for relaying data. Instead, the data is passed over the internet. As a result of there being no Punchh Proxy, data will not display on the Heartbeats tab in the Punchh Platform.
Note: Due to there being no Punchh Proxy, the troubleshooting for these type of integrations often relies on the POS provider's involvement.
