If data is not displaying under Support > Heartbeats there could be a couple of reasons.
If your company uses one of the following POS', the Punchh Proxy is not used which would be responsible for relaying the necessary data to show on Heartbeats. Since this is not being used, Heartbeats will not be updated.

If you use one of the following POS', and no data is displayed under Heartbeats, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org as there may be a POS issue.
