If data is not displaying under Support > Heartbeats there could be a couple of reasons.
If your company uses one of the following POS', these are POS' where Punchh did not develop the integration. As such, no data will display for Heartbeats.

If you use one of the following POS', and no data is displayed under Heartbeats, please reach out to email@example.com as there may be a POS issue.
