If an Approved Loyalty (guest check-in) shows as expired on a guest's timeline:
- The points or currency have expired from the setting the business instated for points/ currency
OR
- If a business is a "Points convert to Redeemables" earning structure then this is coming from the "filled Punchh card expiry" (a business level setting) or specific expiry of the redeemable itself.
NOTE: In order to change the business level settings, you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager or Puncch Support
