When the Punchh app/Punchh button on the POS fails to launch, the following could be an indication of why:
- The Punchh DLL's may not be registered.
- The Aloha connect may not be licensed at the site.
- The POS has been updated and the Punchh applications need an update as well as a result.
If the above situations are all addressed, then there could also be an issue with our Punchh applications.
