As of now, the redeemable is only sent when the campaign is processed. So, to test if the campaign gifting is working as expected, please follow the below procedure:
- Create a segment which includes only your test accounts.
- Then create a Duplicate campaign and attach the same redeemable to the campaign.
- Add the test segment to the campaign.
- Schedule the campaign.
You can check whether the rewards were gifted to the test accounts and is working correctly.
