Brink should be using the following URL endpoints to utilize Punchh loyalty service:
Base URL 1 = https://pos.punchh.com/api/pos
Base URL 2 = https://isl.punchh.com
If these URLs are not setup correctly or the firewall rules to whitelist these URLs are not in place, you will receive the following:
