A guest may encounter an error when enrolling in the loyalty program that their to young based on the terms & conditions of the app even though they are of age.
This usually occurs when the guest was originally uploaded to eClub with the incorrect birthday entered. For example, the below screenshot the guest was uploaded over eClub with a birthday of September 1, 2004. The guest's birthday will then reflect incorrectly on their timeline.
- On the guest's profile click Edit Profile>Adjust her Birthday>click update.
- The guest will now be able to sign into the app.
