Punchh configuration updates are scheduled via the Aloha Punchh Monitor service. When Punchh updates are scheduled for a site, it is important that this service (exe name: PunchhMonitor.exe) is whitelisted. We will be attempting to update the files in c:\program files (x86)\punchh\bin folder.
If something is preventing the update from completing at the site (e.g.: permissions or antivirus), the Punchh proxy will keep restarting.
It is important that the site is set to allow updates by implementing correct whitelisting rules.
