Yes, the promo codes can be directly applied upon checkout instead of a guest having to enter the code into the app. To do so:
- Open the campaign from the Punchh Platform > Campaigns and navigate to page two
- Under the question "Code can be used in?" select "Directly Processed at POS"
- In the Qualification criteria attached for coupon/promo codes campaign, you can add the "Channel" as "OnlineOrder" under Receipt Qualifiers.
- Update the changes made.
The promo code can be directly applied upon checkout.
