The location is getting an 'interface not active" error after every transaction. This message generates from the POS and indicates there is no connection from Micros to Punchh.
This issue is a result of a missing Micros module --the PMS/ISL Interface. This Micros module is used to communicate to Punchh. If it is not active then there is no communication.
