Guests will sometimes be a member of eClub before they actually join the loyalty program. In this aspect eClub, guests will receive offers directly over email whereas members of the loyalty program will receive them through the mobile app.
When a guest migrates from eClub to loyalty they will no longer receive communication sent to eClub members. This is based on segmentation. A segment will be selected that specifically looks for loyalty members, eClub members or both.
If an offer is sent to eClub members only and the guest is now a loyalty member they will not receive the eClub offer.
