Under Test qualification with a receipt section, there are many reasons due to which "Does not qualify" message is displayed even after all the menu items are qualifying.
One of the reason is when the Location (printed on the receipt) is not selected in the Location field while qualifying the test receipt.
This field is mandatory to fill ONLY when the "Effective Location" in the selected Qualification criteria is entered.
For example, if "All locations" is selected in the QC, then you have to enter the receipt location while passing the receipt from the test qualifier.
