In order to verify if a guest received a redeemable from a campaign that has just been processed:
- Navigate to the segment that was assigned to the campaign at Guests>Segments>Specific Segment
- The segment will include a list of the first few guests on the right-hand side of the screen as seen below:
- Navigate to a guest's timeline from the list and click on their rewards tab in order to verify if they've received the redeemable etc.
