An Organization will offer new Loyalty Members an award to welcome them to the program. The award can be in points or a redeemable.
In some instances Guests may attempt to receive the offer again by creating a new account, can this be prevented.
Yes, this can be prevented. When creating the Signup Offer(Campaign) under Section 2-Whom select:
- Once per Device
- Ensures that only one gift/reward is given on a device. Prevents abuse when guests create multiple accounts on the same device. Downside is that it also prevents valid scenarios when parents and children use the same device to signup.
