A. Configure Firewall: A firewall is a network security system that monitors and controls incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules. For security reasons, we must have to define FQDNs in incoming and outgoing rules.
If you are using firewall make sure the following rule(s) are set up:
FQDN's url's that needs to be whitelist.
- poslogs.punchh.com
- pos.punchh.com
- isl.punchh.com
-
Allow Port 443 for outgoing connections to isl.punchh.com and pos.punchh.com
B. Configure Antivirus:
If you are using antivirus then you may want to add exclusion rule for the Punchh installation folder.
