There are few times when a location faces any inconsistent issues, irregular data or irregular check-ins are being made. To confirm if the location is working properly and receiving data,
- Navigate to Settings >> Locations and confirm if the location is approved or disapproved.
- Navigate to Dashboard >> Select the particular location from the drop down and check if the check-ins are being made at that location regularly, irregularly or No check-ins are made at his location.
You have to scroll down on the dashboard, Check-ins section will be displayed at the bottom-right section of the page.
- Navigate to Support >> POS Stats >> POS Scoreboard section to check the last data received from this location. It helps in identifying how long this issue is ongoing at this location.
- In addition to this, we can also check for Check-in Failures (if any) at the location under Support >> Check-in Failures.
If we can see that the location is receiving data and consistent check-ins are made at the location, then the location is working properly. However, if the location is receiving a number of check-in failures or receiving inconsistent data, then we have to get this further investigated.
