If a store number is not available in the Punchh dashboard, the order will route to the Headquarters location of that brand.
To ensure that the order routes to the actual location, please verify that the location is setup correctly in the Punchh dashboard. Also, store numbers in the online ordering platform need to be exactly the same as what is in Punchh's system.
For example, store ABC is defined as 001 is Punchh and 1 in the online ordering platform will create a discrepancy.
Once the changes are verified, please place a test order to ensure the online orders are routing to the correct location.
