An Organization will offer new Loyalty Members an award to welcome them to the program. The award can be in points or a redeemable.
In some instances Guests may attempt to receive the offer again by creating a new account through the iFrame (eClub), can this be prevented. Yes, this can be prevented in the Signup Offer (Campaign) under Section 2-Whom select:
- Only for Mobile Signups
- The setting will provide the offer to a Guest who signs up on a Mobile Device
- This prevents multiple signups thru the iFrame (eClub) from receiving the offer more than once
