An organization will offer new loyalty members an award to welcome them to the program. The award can be in points or a redeemable.
In some instances guests may attempt to receive the offer again by creating a new account through the iFrame (eClub), can this be prevented.
This can be prevented in the signup offer (campaign) under Section 2: Whom select:
- Select for mobile signups
- The setting will provide the offer to a Guest who signs up on a Mobile Device
- This prevents multiple signups thru the iFrame (eClub) from receiving the offer more than once
