An Organization will offer new Loyalty Members an award to welcome them to the program. The award can be in points or a redeemable.
In some instances, you may want to offer new Loyalty Members who sign up within a certain time frame the ability to receive a new award. The easiest way to accomplish this and prevent current loyalty members from being able to receive the new offer by creating a new account is to create a Segment.
The Segment will need to have the Attribute
- Signed up after x day
- For example, Guests who sign after 12/29/18
- This specifically will target Guests who signup after 12/29/18 while preventing current members from receiving the award.
