Failed Redis is what appears on the guest time when a Failed POS Lookup occurs.
On the app, the guest will see a notice that "it’s taking longer than usual to find" and that they'll be notified.
The Failed Redis Lookup error occurs when the receipt details are yet to be received by the server. In the below example, it took some time for the details to be received by the server; when the guest scanned the receipt multiple times initially, it threw back an error.
