Rich message notifications that have already been sent out, can be cleared by clearing all notifications originating from a specific campaign.
For a processed Campaign
In the event that you need to clear all rich message notifications that originated from a specific processed campaign (for example, if a notification expiry time was not chosen during campaign setup) you can do so from the campaign summary page. To clear (remove) all rich messaging notifications that have been sent from a processes campaign:
- Open the Campaign Summary page for the processed campaign by clicking on its name in the list of campaigns.
- Click the blue More Options menu on the far right and select Clear Notifications. Find the sample screenshot below:
