Email throttling is controlling the amount of email messages that can be sent to one ISP or remote server at one time.
This setting will limit the amount of emails that can be sent to a guest in a certain time span.
For email throttling to be applicable, the email throttling flag must be checked and then the "Maximum Emails per Guest" and "Last N Days to enforce throttling" settings are configured.
