If a guest has earned points on a date after a campaign has ended, always check your receipt age setting in the Punchh Platform. Post Check-in Campaigns allow guests to earn on receipts that occurred during the duration of the campaign. However, your receipt age setting determines how long the receipt will be valid.
Example: If you run a campaign of "double points" for one day only (15th of the month), and the receipt age setting for your business is "3 days"; guests will only earn double points for purchases made on the 15th. However, they may be gifted the 2X points any time from the 15th-18th when they scan the receipt that was created on the 15th.
