An Organization can have Guests Opt-In for SMS messages. SMS messages can be sent to a Guest to quickly deliver information.
The HELP responses when a Guest enters HELP can be adjusted to verbiage you prefer.
- In the Platform click Settings>Notification Templates>Sms Notification Templates>Sms Help Response
- In the SMS Body Field, up to 1600 characters can be entered
- This field is specifically for when Guests respond with HELP
- Make sure the response coordinates with when HELP is entered.
- Click Save
